Where to begin!? About a month ago, a water leak destroyed the floors throughout much of our house, and we couldn't be happier with The Best Restoration. They took care of the water damage mitigation, packing, demo, and new flooring installation. Every single person we interacted with was incredible--kind, empathetic, professional, efficient--but we were especially amazed by Rodger's dedication, communication, and leadership. He went above and beyond for us time and again and made this entire process as quick and stress-free as possible. When his team was tied up with other projects one day, he came at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday evening to wrap up the leak mitigation and haul out the equipment himself just to make sure we could have a quiet weekend without the fans. He then planned most of the demo and floor installation for the week of our planned vacation, and took care of absolutely everything while we were gone--hunting down the closest match to our original flooring that could be found anywhere from Gainesville to Ocala and sending photos and videos of the team's progress to keep us in the loop. Rodger is exceptional, as is the team under his leadership. We certainly aren't *planning* to have another house-related catastrophe in the near future, but it's comforting to know that if we do, there's such an outstanding team ready to help.![]()

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced
Things people ask us most — answered plainly and honestly.
It's everything that happens after the water is gone. That means fixing or replacing drywall that got soaked, repairing flooring and subfloor, drying out and restoring insulation, checking and fixing structural framing, and repairing cabinets or trim that took on water. We also handle content cleaning — saving furniture, electronics, and important papers where we can. The goal is simple: your space looks and feels like the water was never there.
Trenton sees a mix of causes — sudden storms and heavy downpours, water rising from nearby rivers or creeks, roof and gutter leaks, pipes that burst or slowly leak, appliances and toilets that overflow, and sewage backups. Whatever the source, we've seen it before and know how to repair the damage it leaves behind.
Yes. We're with you from the very first call through the last repair. There's no need to bring in a second company once the water is out — we handle emergency extraction, drying, and every repair that follows, so nothing falls through the cracks between two different teams.
We answer day or night, 7 days a week. When you call, someone picks up right away and we send a crew out immediately — usually within 1 to 2 hours. The sooner we get there, the less damage you're left with and the smaller the repair bill.
Most homeowner's policies cover sudden, accidental water damage — think burst pipes or a storm-related leak. They typically don't cover damage from a slow leak that went unnoticed for a long time, or flooding from rising water outside your home, which needs separate flood coverage. We document everything carefully so your claim moves smoothly, whatever coverage applies.
A small job — one wall, a patch of flooring — can be done in a day or two once we know the area is dry. Bigger jobs covering multiple rooms or structural work take longer, often one to two weeks. We give you a real timeline after we look at the damage, not a guess.
Yes, and it happens fast. Wood starts to warp, drywall weakens, mold can begin growing within a day or two, and the moisture that's hiding can even cause breathing problems for your family. What could've been a simple fix turns into a much bigger, more expensive job. That's why we say don't wait — call as soon as you notice a problem.
Yes. Sewage water is treated differently because it carries bacteria that can make you sick. Anything porous that it touched — carpet, drywall, insulation — usually has to come out rather than just be dried. We follow the right safety steps so your home is actually clean and safe, not just dry.
We do our best to match your existing paint, texture, and flooring. Sometimes an exact match isn't possible, especially with older or discontinued materials — if that's the case, we'll tell you before we order anything so there are no surprises.
Yes — we cover Trenton and the surrounding Gilchrist County area. Give us a call and let us know your address, and we'll confirm coverage and get a crew moving.
Prompt repair matters — the longer you wait, the more it costs. Fill out the form or call us directly for immediate help.
